How to take advantage of the warranty?
The warranty applies to problems arising from manufacturing defects and is void in case of misuse of the products, tampering or modifications, and any kind of problem arising from improper cleaning or maintenance.
Here's what you'll need to do
- Keep a proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt)
- register on the online form below, entering the production lot number found on the inside lining of the boot
- then show the retailer the email of successful registration

Warranty is void in case of misuse of products, tampering and modifications of any kind, and failure to follow cleaning and maintenance instructions.
Tattini reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion. The product under warranty must be returned to the authorized dealer who will contact the company.
The dealer will take care to check that all of the above directions are met before proceeding with the pickup. For hygiene reasons, it is required that the returned product be thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise the warranty will not be recognized.
